Waterproofing & Foundation Services in South Jersey

Water in a basement or crawl space doesn't fix itself; it gets worse. Moisture cracks foundations, feeds mold and mildew, peels paint, and ruins carpets and furniture. We find the source and fix it with the right method for your property, never a cookie-cutter package.

01Basement waterproofing

Stop leaks at the source

Found water seeping through cracks in the walls or floor? Damp spots, a musty smell, or peeling paint? Those are signs groundwater is pushing into your basement, and the sooner it's dealt with, the less damage it does.

Most basement water is driven by hydrostatic pressure: when the soil around your foundation is saturated, water is forced through block walls, cracks, and the joint where the wall meets the floor. Our approach works for homes of any size or age:

  • Wall drainage membrane channels water running down the wall into the drain below, instead of across your floor.
  • Perforated drain pipe set beside the footer, below the slab, collects water before it rises through the floor.
  • Sump pit and pump move the collected water out and away from your home.
  • Exterior drainage where it's the better fix for your property.

02Crawl space waterproofing

A drier, healthier crawl space

A wet or musty-smelling crawl space is more than a nuisance. Water collecting under your home can damage the foundation and structural framing, encourage mold and mildew, and lower your property value.

We protect your home by removing the water and moisture that's there now and preventing it from building up again, including crawl space French drains that carry water to a sump pump and out of your home.

03Foundation repair

Foundation repair in Gloucester County & beyond

Leaking foundation walls, cracks, and bowing block walls get worse and more expensive the longer they're left. If you think your home might need foundation repair, it's best to catch it early.

We've seen just about every foundation problem South Jersey homes can have. We repair leaking and cracked walls and reinforce weakened block walls, including with carbon fiber wall supports. If you have a structural engineer's report, we'll read it and follow it, not sell you something it doesn't call for.

04Sump pumps

Sump pumps & battery backups

Your sump pump is the last line of defense. We install new and replacement sump pumps, and add battery backup systems so water keeps moving when a storm takes out the power, which is exactly when you need it most.

05Drainage

French drains & drainage systems

Interior and exterior drainage systems designed around how water actually moves on your property:

  • French drains, including replacing failed DIY systems
  • Window well drains
  • Dry wells, including for water-conditioning system backwash
  • Drain repair

06Remodeling

From finished basements to kitchens

Remodeling is in our name. Once your basement is dry, we can help you turn it into usable living space, and we take on other home remodeling projects too, including kitchens. You get the same careful crew, dust protection, and cleanup our waterproofing customers talk about.
